Inkompatibilität zur GPL

Sollte man im Artikel nicht erwähnen, /warum/ die CDDL inkompatibel zur GPL ist?

...es ist ja nicht die CDDL die inkompatibel zur GPL ist, die CDDL erlaubt explizit eine Kombination mit anderen Lizenzen solange der Code in getrennten Dateien ist. Es ist die GPL, die eine gewisse Inkompatibilität mit der CDDL verursacht.

Da die GPL alle Kombinationen verbietet, bei der ein "Abgeleitetes Werk" des GPL Codes entsteht, kann kein GPL Code in einem CDDL Projekt verwendet werden.
