Andrew Kennedy Hutchison Boyd (* 3. November 1825 in Auchinleck in East Ayrshire; † 1. März 1899 in Bournemouth) war ein schottischer presbyterianischer Pfarrer und Schriftsteller.

Leben

Boyd studierte Theologie in Glasgow, wurde 1851 ordiniert und bekleidete verschiedene Pfarreien, seit 1864 eine in Edinburgh, später diejenige von St Andrews. Als Schriftsteller erregte er zuerst Aufsehen mit zwei Serien anonym erschienener Aufsätze unter dem Titel Recreations of a country parson (1859–78) in Fraser’s Magazine. Hieran schloss sich eine Reihe ähnlicher Werke an.
