Point out that the "Linux Instance" is what microsoft calls it. Windows doesn't have the concept of root - it has administrator accounts, which is why the FAQ says; "Administrator". This section would be much less confusing if wikipedia wouldn't keep insisting on continuing the popular error that Linux is more than a kernel. undo
