Noticing the hanging "and", I found the 2nd bit was removed on 12 Jan 2018 (maybe not for 1st time). Put it back (degendered to match) & changed bald "Wikipedia should contain" to "One view is that Wikipedia ...". Because I disagree. Not an endorsement of the WMF. undo
