Insufficient notability. Nearly all the references do not mention the company/product - they are about IV hydration in general. This article was rejected multiple times at Draft:Vida-Flo (IV hydration therapy) for lack of notability, but the article creator just bypassed the AFC process to create it in article space with the same content. This article is for an organization established in 2012. To the best of my knowledge, there is nothing in the Wikipedia rules against having a page for an organization.
