Comment. I have trouble seeing how this topic meets WP:GNG. Staszek Lem, could you address this issue? Right now the article uses only PRIMARY (legal) documents as references. Honestly I don't see why it shouldn't be merged to Campus card which could benefit from a "by country" overview. --_{Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here} 04:44, 18 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
