- Comment. I have trouble seeing how this topic meets WP:GNG. Staszek Lem, could you address this issue? Right now the article uses only PRIMARY (legal) documents as references. Honestly I don't see why it shouldn't be merged to Campus card which could benefit from a "by country" overview. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 04:44, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
- And I have troubles seeing why it must be merged into strictly US-related article. GNG is but a guideline. I fail to see why an official document used by millions can possibly be non-encyclopedic. Staszek Lem (talk) 19:57, 19 April 2020 (UTC)
