It wasn't vandalism. Vandalism would be, for example, destructing it. It's a known fact that his intended target on 9/11 was the US Capitol Building, not the White House. Both KSM and bin al-Shibh said so in interviews after the attacks, and so I made the appropriate edit. Nihilist2345 (talk) 03:18, 29 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
