It's almost there, but the article needs to be about him mainly, with less about the companies. You should talk about his role in the companies, but not give information that is not directly about him. I fixed some formatting problems - do not bold headings (they format themselves) and link directly to articles, not through google translate.

The only aspect of this biography that comes close to conferring notability is the subject's involvement with the Congo Capital Enterprise (CCE). But even that episode would not merit a stand-alone article for the subject, but a mention in an article on the CCE. And that article hasn't been written yet.
