Langx Template

Hey @Grapesurgeon, hope this message finds you well. I often write articles related to Korea, but since I’m not a native, I had a question about using the langx template. I’ve noticed the romanization of Korean words being used quite a bit here and there, and I’d like to get your opinion on it. Jesus isGreat7 ✝ 15:10, 13 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Imo langx is ok if there's only Korean text being displayed, but if romanization is needed them {{Korean/auto}} is much preferred. This is because 1. langx doesn't display label for which romanization system is being used and 2. we're trying to phase out manual romanization of Korean in favor of semi-automatic because almost everyone makes romanization mistakes grapesurgeon (seefooddiet) (talk) 15:24, 13 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Concern involving Article "Sanago"

Hello GrapeSurgeon, I noticed you made the Wikipedia page Sanago. As you know, I have made a draft page for the article. Thank you for leaving the comment, but as far as I know, if I fix the citations it will be suitable for a Wikipedia article. Despite this, I have nominated the draft for deletion. Hi, sorry about the confusion. The draft would have had to prove WP:NOTABILITY through sourcing; I suspect it was likely it would have gotten declined again because it didn't. In future, if you submit a draft try to make sure it has at least 3 different news stories that are primarily abt that topic from major newspapers. The stories should be distributed across time and not be on the same main idea (e.g. if three different newspapers report on the same event around the same time that doesn't count). Korean language and computers

Hello, Grapesurgeon! I have a question in regard to Special:Diff/1313339039.

That edit introduced a {{efn}} with a comment "Do NOT remove this; see above" referencing a named footnote "zerofinal". I can't find that footnote anywhere else in the article.

Could you do me a favor and copy into that footnote whatever is referenced "above" - I'm assuming it's another article that just needs the contents copied over? If not, could it be removed instead so the article isn't broken?
