I've been contributing anonymously for years, possibly decades, and only recently registered to make edits easier.

I don't go looking for work, but adopted updating pages and then wikidata for new versions of a few open source applications I contribute to or use. I also sometimes add refs to external articles referenced in articles linking to wiki pages, fix issues that stand out to me in pages, and glaring typos.

I am a believer in default, standard, and minimal markup, which I have been using since Goldfarb, Mosher, and Lorie developed the backronymic GML for IBM, when I developed a number of DTDs, symbols for *many* IBM, CS, and corp. acronym definitions; device output functions for a number of devices; providing corporate fonts and graphics; character (now glyph) fallbacks for other devices; and multi-font and multi-colour support at work, then home once PCs became available, for screens and inkjets.
