This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

It is quite difficult for business people to get a standalone entry in Wikipedia, and few people of this subject's profile will get over the notability hurdle. This is of Wikipedia's own definition and the core of it is WP:BASIC. What is needed is ideally 3 independent profiles, in depth and from source such as the New York Times, covering the subject's whole career. The other source here may be useful to give sourcing to specific points within the article, but the notability hurdle remains.
