  • Comment: The issue here is establishing a "notability" basis sufficient for Wikipedia's purposes. It looks that there are two options for this subject: WP:NACADEMIC or the more general WP:BASIC.
For NACADEMIC there are 8 criteria and it is difficult to see a match here at the moment. Criteria 6 seems the nearest but usually that is interpreted as vice-chancellors of universities or president the Swedish Linnaeus Society rather than heads of official think-tanks. Criteria 1 may be a better approach, but then this needs sourcing from other people commenting on the subject or their work, which I suspect is possible here.
For BASIC, that isn't shown at the moment, but if there are (for example) 3 profiles of the subject in the Swedish or Korean media, in depth reliable source, covering the span of material in the article then that may be the other option.
Most leaders of these sorts of institutions will not get a standalone entry. If they do it is because they have got over the notability hurdle in a way proven by sources. ChrysGalley (talk) 08:28, 25 October 2025 (UTC)
