安德魯·「博茲」·博斯沃思（英語：Andrew "Boz" Bosworth，1982年1月7日—）[1]是一名美國企業主管暨美國陸軍預備役軍官，自2022年1月起擔任Meta技術長。

2004年自哈佛大學畢業後，他擔任Microsoft Visio開發人員近兩年，隨後於2006年1月加入馬克·祖克柏創辦的Facebook，協助開發新聞動態功能[2]。

2025年，博斯沃思獲委任為美國陸軍中校，負責為201支隊（英语：Detachment 201）提供顧問服務[3]。

在博斯沃思擔任Meta技術長期間，該公司旗下Reality Labs部門累計營運虧損總額約達635.9億美元[4]。

早年生活和教育

博斯沃思出生並成長於加利福尼亞州聖塔克拉拉縣[5]。他在薩拉托加的農場長大，童年時期便參與非營利組織四健會的農業活動[6][7]。博斯沃思就讀哈佛大學期間，在擔任人工智慧課程助教時結識了馬克·祖克柏[8]。他於2004年自哈佛大學畢業[9][10]。

職業生涯

博斯沃思的職業生涯始於微軟，擔任Microsoft Visio的開發工程師。2006年，他接到獵頭電話，對方正在尋找具備人工智慧背景的人才。由此契機，他成為Facebook首批15名工程師之一[8][11]。

2012年，博斯沃思主導了從桌面廣告向行動廣告的轉型進程，期間他負責監督行動廣告產品的發展[12]。

2017年8月，Facebook技術長邁克·斯科洛普夫宣布，博斯沃思將轉任擴增實境與虛擬實境副總裁，其現有職責將由馬克·拉布金（Mark Rabkin）接任[13][14]。

備忘錄爭議

2016年6月18日，博斯沃思撰寫了一份題為《The Ugly》的備忘錄，在Facebook內部傳閱。該文件主張「連結人群」是Facebook的首要目標，並以此為依據為公司多項做法辯護。備忘錄同時承認此舉可能帶來負面影響，例如恐遭恐怖分子利用Facebook協調攻擊行動。該文件發布時，恰逢芝加哥男子遭槍擊身亡事件經Facebook Live直播的隔日。這份備忘錄在公司內部引發強烈且兩極化的反應，並於2018年3月29日遭BuzzFeed取得並報導[15][16][17]

在該報導刊出後，Facebook執行長暨主要創辦人馬克·祖克柏向BuzzFeed發表聲明稱：「博茲是位才華洋溢的領導者，常發表許多挑釁性言論。這番言論連我在內的多數Facebook員工都強烈反對。我們從不認同目的能合理化手段。我們深知單純連結人群遠遠不夠，更需致力拉近人與人之間的距離。去年我們已全面調整企業使命與營運重心，以實踐此理念。」[15][16]

針對BuzzFeed公開該備忘錄一事，博斯沃思回應道：「我不認同今日這篇貼文，甚至在撰寫當下便已持反對意見。這篇貼文與我先前撰寫的許多內部文件相同，其目的在於揭露我認為值得與全體同仁深入探討的議題。」[18]

慈善事業

博斯沃思是半島開放空間信託基金會（英语：Peninsula Open Space Trust）董事會的副主席。[19][20]。他更積極參與在地社區事務，獲選為2019年伯靈格姆/舊金山國際機場商會的主題演講嘉賓[21]。博斯沃思亦以非營利組織四健會會友身份參與各項活動，曾獲頒傑出會友獎章等榮譽[22]。

個人生活
