Nomination by Goblin: I present to the community Barras for you consideration for Administratorship. Barras has been at the wiki since early January of this year, and has made a very positive impact on the wiki. He has over 200 quick deletion requests, about 30 ViP reports, and in addition he also alerts administrators to users that need blocking on IRC. He has written 2 GAs and almost 50% of his edits have been made to the article space - showing dedication to building the encyclopedia.
