Harjinder Singh Kukreja (/ਹਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੁਕ੍ਰੇਜਾ/; September 10, 1986) is an Indian Punjabi businessman. He is best known for his restaurants[1] and social and religious causes like being the first Sikh to Skydive with the Turban in St. Kilda, Melbourne[2]. Kukreja is an religious freedom activist who skydived to protest against the French restriction on Turbans in public schools and workplaces[3].
