Small edit! (I forgot to say what I'd done)

Drat! I carefully added a reference to Bogomil Kovachev, the Bulgarian astronomer who initiated the construction of this observatory in 1962, oversaw the construction, and directed research activities there for some time - have not been able to find out the particulars, perhaps some astronomer can do that better than I can! I met this man in in 1987, have a rather nice photo of him that I might add, not sure yet. I actually searched high and low online for recognition of him in this capacity, all I could find was a couple of newspaper articles, but I guess that counts! —Martha (talk) 23:59, 21 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
