Différence XLC and iXLC ?

This articles doesn't show a difference I know : the compilers under AIX are not the same as the one on AS/400.

The first is called XLC (IBM XL C/C++) where the seconde is called IXLC (iSeries XL C/C++). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.159.196.124 (talk) 10:59, 14 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

XL C/C++ Compiler for Mac OS X

There is a version for Mac OS X (released on January 13, 2004). Maybe other versions before (since it's version 6)?? Can't find any info See here — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.32.99.87 (talk) 23:09, 21 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

ixlc is NOT compatible with C++11 (or very little)

The words chosen describe something like positive: "most of the C++11 standard"

In reality, ixlc on IBMi is really not compatible with what's make the strength of C++11. So its better to say not compatible. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.168.113.56 (talk) 15:08, 1 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
