  • Delete, or redirect to an appropriate page as a second choice. The article cites no notability sources (reliable independent secondary sources with substantial coverage), and a BEFORE search revealed no such sources either. Although many Google Books results came up, all of the ones I could find are primary (published by IBM itself), which disqualifies them from being notability sources.
