National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning is an initiative funded by Ministry of Human Resource and Development, Government of India and coordinated by IIT Madras and Other IITs. The central idea is to put recorded lectures taught by IIT professors for a particular course on its youtube channel where students across the globe can freely access it. It is already the most viewed educational youtube channel.[1]
