The Medical Intelligence and Language Engineering lab also known as MILE lab is a research laboratory at the Indian Institute of Science. The lab is known for its work on Optical Character Recognition, Optical Handwriting Recognition, Text-To-Speech system, all of it focused mainly on Indian languages. [1] . The lab is headed by A.G.Ramakrishnan.[2]
