Incorrect formula?

I think the formula for circular cross section is wrong. I do not have a reference to back up my argument. I derive it myself. For circular cross section, the moment of inertia is $I={\frac {\pi R^{4}}{4}}$ , the maximum stress is $\sigma _{f}={\frac {PL}{4Z}}={\frac {PLR}{4I}}={\frac {PL}{\pi R^{3}}}$ , instead of the value ${\frac {3PL}{\pi R^{3}}}$ showing on the page.

Can someone confirm it?
