The Desktop Developers' Conference is a Linux conference where developers discuss and work on X11, Linux desktops like GNOME and KDE, FreeDesktop.org projects, and desktop software such as web browsers, office suites, and groupware. The conference takes place in Ottawa, Canada each year. It is usually followed by the Ottawa Linux Symposium, the Linux Kernel Summit and the GCC Summit.
