WADS (690 AM) is a radio station licensed to Ansonia, Connecticut, owned by Radio Amor, Inc. The station serves the Greater Bridgeport and New Haven area with a Spanish language Christian radio format.


By day, WADS is powered by 3,200 watts, on 690 AM by nighttime to protect for reserved Canadian station CKGM AM, WADS must sign off the air, to prevent and avoid interference.

WADS went silent on August 12, 2022, due to losing its transmitter site.[2] On August 31, 2024, the station resumed operations at a temporary transmitter site in Derby and went silent again on August 29, 2025 and went back on the air again on September 5, 2025. [3]
